How many days does Srivari Seva last?

Srivari Seva lasts for 7 days. During Vaikuntha Ekadashi, Radhasapthami, Brahmotsavams, it lasts for 10 days.

What is the age limit for Srivari Seva?

The age limit for Srivari Seva is 18-60 years. During special occasions, when special quotas are released, only those aged 18-50 years are permitted.

Can an individual book Srivari Seva or is it group-based?

An individual can book for Srivari Seva.

For groups, there should be a minimum of 10 members and a maximum of 15 members.

How can a couple participate in Srivari Seva?

Seva booking can be done as an individual or as part of a group, but there is no option for couples to book together. Couples can book individually for the same date and participate separately.

Can Srivari Seva be booked offline?

Previously, bookings were done offline by submitting an application letter to the temple authorities. However, this offline method is no longer available.

Does the temple provide money for Srivari Seva volunteers?

Volunteers must reach Tirumala at their own expense. The temple provides free accommodation and meals at Vengamamba Annadanam but does not pay money.

Does the team leader get special benefits or monetary rewards?

The team leader is not given any special recognition or monetary rewards.

What is the duty duration for Srivari Seva volunteers?

Volunteers have to perform duties for 6 hours daily. Many volunteers request to do additional duties out of devotion.

When are volunteers assigned temple duties?

Every day, volunteers (both individuals and groups) are selected for temple duties through a lucky draw.

Does everyone selected for temple duty serve near the deity?

Not all selected volunteers serve near the deity. Some are assigned to other areas like the Dwajasthambam or outside the temple premises. However, all volunteers get darshan after completing their service.

Will those not assigned to temple duty still get darshan?

Temple duty and darshan are not related. All volunteers who participate in Srivari Seva will get darshan on the last day of their service.

Where should volunteers report after booking Srivari Seva?

After booking, volunteers must take a printout and report to Seva Sadan-2 on the hill. This Seva Sadan is located behind the Vengamamba Annadanam bus stop.

What is the dress code for Srivari Seva volunteers?

Women: Orange saree with a maroon blouse.

Men: White shirt and white dhoti.
